A private dashboard for one podcast's own numbers.
TLPP Analytics is a small web app built for The Latin Prayer Podcast, a Catholic and Latin-learning channel. It shows the people who run the podcast how their own YouTube channel and their own website are doing: views, watch time, subscribers, where visitors come from, and which prayers and episodes people are finding.
It is not a public site and not a product. Only five named people can open it, each signing in with their own Google account. Everyone else who reaches it sees a sign-in page and nothing more.
What it does
Reads the podcast's own YouTube statistics and its own website statistics from Google Analytics, with the podcast owner's permission.
Lays them out as one page per source, with plain-language notes on what is going up, what is going down, and what is worth attention.
Offers a short written read of the figures, generated by an AI model from the statistics and the question asked.
Prints a one-page summary.
What it does not do
It does not collect anything about the podcast's listeners or viewers beyond the aggregate statistics YouTube and Google Analytics already provide.
It does not track the five people who use it, beyond checking their email address at sign-in.
It does not share, sell or publish any of the figures. They are read, shown, and forgotten within hours.
The full description of what is read, from which Google services, why, and who can see it is on the privacy page.
Who runs it
TLPP Analytics is built and run by Dylan Drego for The Latin Prayer Podcast. Questions about it go to latinprayerpodcast@gmail.com.
